Information on the Voice for All website conforms
to guidelines designed for easy navigation.
All pages are set up to allow access by versions of any browser ranging from IE5.5
and further as well as IE based browsers. Netscape , Firefox, Opera and Safari browsers
are currently still being tested.
The following information will help you understand what standards we have applied
to the site and how to deal with certain file types.
Navigation
Each of the Voice for All pages has a text navigation
section down the left hand side of the screen. There are no graphical navigation
buttons within the no frames environment as they are unnecessary devices which can
in many cases be more of a hindrance than a help.
The text links include a description box informing the user where the link will
go. This can be viewed by placing the pointer over the line of text.

Site specification
The Voice for All website has been designed
with all users in mind.
The standard outline guide for the site is for screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels
or 1024 x 768 pixels.

Browser compatibility
The Voice for All website has been fully tested
on browser ranging from Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, Netscape Navigator
4.0 and above, and Mozilla browsers .
The Voice for All website uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to format the textual information
within each page. Only browsers from version 5.5 upwards fully understand CSS formatting.

Printing pages
Any page can be printed from the web by the user-selecting file, print from the
menu option within Microsoft Internet Explorer or by clicking on the Printer Version
Button on the right hand side of each page.

Book marking pages
To bookmark a particular page the user selects Favourites, Add to Favourites from
the menu option within Microsoft Internet Explorer or Bookmarks, Add Bookmarks in
Netscape.

Searching
To complete a search the user has to enter a word or collection of words into the
text search box. Pressing the go key or clicking on the search button will present
the user with a listing of documents which correspond to the search details. These
results will be rated, the most complete matches will be listed first, decreasing
in relevance as the user goes further down the list.

Submitting feedback
The Voice for All website has a "Contact" page with relevant contact details of
NCPE, operators of the Voice for All website, and hyperlinks whenever possible to
directly activate your preferred e-mail client to send e-mail responses to NCPE.

Saving pages
Any page displayed on your browser can be saved to your local drive. Select File,
Save as from the menu option within Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape.

Information
Some pages within the website of Voice for All are in other formats other than HTML or XHTML. These are portable document files
(pdf). To read these files the user requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software which
can be freely downloaded from the Internet.
